My Story
Yogi. Foodie. Traveler. Creator.
I didn’t take a traditional path to building Vino Vinyasa and I wouldn’t change that.
Before any of this, I was working with Jeep as their national spokesmodel, traveling often, constantly moving, always chasing what felt like the next exciting thing. At the same time, I had this pull toward something else entirely—a slower, more intentional way of living that I couldn’t quite define yet.
That pull led me to Paris.
I studied at Le Cordon Bleu, where I got my level II sommelier certification as well as earning a degree in Wine & Management and Wine Tourism from the University of Reims in Champagne. It was there, immersed in culture, tradition, and place, that my relationship with wine deepened in a completely different way. It became less about what was in the glass and more about where it came from, who made it, and the experience surrounding it.
After returning to the U.S., I spent several years working in wine distribution. On paper, it made sense but in reality, it felt disconnected from everything I loved about wine in the first place. The pace, the pressure, the constant push—it wasn’t aligned with how I wanted to live or what I wanted to create.
Eventually, that disconnect caught up with me. When I lost my job it didn’t feel like failure, it felt like clarity. Like the moment I had been avoiding was finally here.I knew it was time to stop waiting and start building something of my own.
Yoga had already been a constant in my life—something that grounded me, helped me reset, and brought me back to myself. Wine, in a completely different way, did the same. Bringing them together wasn’t a strategy—it was instinct.
That’s how Vino Vinyasa began.
Now, what I love most isn’t just creating these experiences, it’s watching people arrive into them. Letting go of the noise, the schedules, the constant need to be “on.” Slowing down enough to actually be present, whether that’s on the mat, in a vineyard, or around a table.
I’ve always loved planning travel—finding the places, the moments, the details that make something feel special. But more than that, I love creating space for people to fully experience it while they’re there.
To reset.
To reconnect.
To feel like themselves again.
Vino Vinyasa is the result of all of it—the movement, the travel, the wine, the shift in perspective.
This is my story and I would love for you to be apart of it.
